Sorry, is "rescue dog" not the same as "service dog"?

I was thinking that perhaps her skills were of the sort that made her a
candidate for placement with the disabled.

My bad - here we have "pound dogs" - which we rescue from the animal pound.

More terminology disconnects.

Right, affectionately called "pound puppies" also.

But you know it sounds like if she's smart enough to track along a
conversation and chip in I bet she'd likely make a great service dog.

One breed we see here that gets a lot of attention is the border collie
- you just have to break them of the urge to herd cars!

Our dog is a Border Collie/English Cocker Spaniel mix. That's one smart
dog. Herding and pointing were deeply ingrained into her when she was a
pup. She's always position herself strategically to watch over the
people in the house.

Our condo was not a very good place for a dog like that. These days, she
stays with my son at his girlfriend's dad's house. He lives in a house
with a fenced in yard with several other dogs and cats. The family loves
dogs and they hold dog parties. People call the place "that dog house."

It all sounds like some story that people will tell their kids when they
come home and the dog's not there but it's all true.

From what I gather protein is pricey over there.

It certainly looks like just enough for the chef and her narrator.

I like her channel, the lessons are well-filmed, the narration is
amusing, and the ingredients list is complete.

Plus she always bows before the lesson - a mannerly treat.
