Wheat free muesli for every body! Combining oats, barley, nuts, seed
and the goodness of real fruit pieces!

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup bran flakes
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecan nuts
1/2 cup dried apple, roughly chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries



Method

Step 1: Combine honey, sugar and oil in a saucepan over medium heat
Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a large, deep baking dish wit
baking paper.

Step 3: Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over war
honey mixture. Mix well to combine.

Step 4: Spread mixture evenly over base of dish. Bake for 25 to 3
minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Se
aside to cool completely (muesli will form crisp clusters on cooling)
Crumble muesli into an airtight container until ready to serve

Wow... thanks for the recipe. Its a kind of desert it seems... Sure
will try it goodfood. I dont have oats in home. But i having hal
grained wheat i hope this method goes well with this wheat
